Client Background: A high-end architectural lighting and fan headquartered in Melbourne, Australia.

Challenge: The client required high-end solid wood fan blades. The wood had to be strictly FSC certified to comply with local environmental regulations, and the surface treatment had to be able to withstand the corrosion caused by humidity of coastal air.

Solution: We sourced 100% FSC-certified premium solid wood and coated it with a specially formulated weather-resistant protective lacquer. Through high-precision CNC carving and meticulous hand polishing, we created a series of flawless, environmentally friendly custom products that perfectly met the stringent requirements of the Australian high-end market.
